The corn has been planted—now it’s time for biostimulants to demonstrate their potential
Corn planting on the trial plots is complete—laying the groundwork for this year’s results. After initially cool soil conditions, temperatures have stabilized significantly. The soil now offers good conditions for rapid and uniform emergence.
The focus is on the targeted use of boncrop biostimulants: on selected plots, sowing was supported with boncrop solid. The goal is to specifically support the early development of the plants under real-world conditions and to highlight potential effects on growth and stand development.
The trials were set up under controlled conditions using precise experimental design techniques. This allows for direct comparison of different variants and the derivation of well-founded insights. In addition, soil sensors and weather data ensure continuous monitoring of site conditions.
In the coming weeks, it will become clear how the treated stands develop—particularly with regard to emergence, vitality, and early growth dynamics.
