Biostimulants for rapeseed

Resistance to stress with boncrop flow

boncrop flow is also effective with rapeseed and reduces yield losses.

Up to 70% of its yield is established by the cruciferous rapeseed before winter, which is why focusing on pre-winter development is particularly important.

Further information on the mode of action and benefits of biostimulants can be found here.

Advantages of boncrop flow in rapeseed and your benefit

Raps Advantages
Benefits
Strong start - pre-winter treatment Increased root growth (tap root), increased cold tolerance and rapid budding after winter dormancy
Supportive spring treatment Optimally supports metabolism, photosynthesis and root activity and leads to improved water and nutrient uptake and increased stress tolerance
High pod strength Reduces the risk of pod bursting, enables more flexible harvesting and minimises harvest losses

Controlled trial boncrop flow in rapeseed

GEP-certified trial operators support us in conducting precision trials with boncrop flow. The boncrop flow results in rapeseed show a significantly higher additional yield over the last few years.

In the precision trial with boncrop flow in winter rapeseed in 2023, 7% more rapeseed was harvested at the Bamberg site. In a similar trial in 2022, an additional yield of 5% in winter rapeseed was achieved at the Huntlosen site.

Both precision trials therefore show a significant increase in yield (at different locations, in several consecutive years).

Perfect timing and quantity

We recommend the use of boncrop flow in rapeseed on two dates:

  • Recommended application rate in autumn: 1 l/ha from BBCH 14
  • Recommended application rate in spring: 2 l/ha BBCH 33-35
  • Treatment before winter: boncrop flow must be applied to the growing crop, i.e. treatment should be carried out at least two weeks before winter dormancy. Oilseed rape sets 70 % of its yield before winter, so the plants should go into winter dormancy as strongly as possible.
  • Treatment in spring: boncrop flow must be applied to the growing crop. In this way, the plants achieve a high tolerance to abiotic stress and a high yield with good quality.
